Obama could do what Truman did when he integrated the army. He just did it. Obama can just say that DADT is unconstituitonal (which it is), instruct the army to not enforce it and throw it back in the courts and congresses hands. What bush would have done and did time after time when he wanted something. Bush ordered people tortured. We put Japanese soldiers to death for what Bush did during WWII and endangered all our troops by doing so. Nothing has happened to him. Bush used reconciliation to cut taxes which raised the deficit which is illegal. Obama could at least do something bold which is legal.
