Congress has passed legislation that forces people to buy a product many don't want to buy. Libertarians call that UNCONSTITUTIONAL, buddy. It has nothing to do with why outlawing pot is constitutional. If you read the legal briefs in the law suits filed against Obamacare you would learn that economic non-activity (not buying) is not the same as economic activity (buying), which the commerce clause governs. It's a simple concept that the libertarian opponents of Obamacare hope the SC will affirm.
