<<Not much remains in HK. QE2, will only hasten China's rush for hard assets .

HK will divert that capital to new places.>>

Hk has rarely hogged capital.

Today was a productive day.

Did ocular inspection of decrepit hotel with fab potential, which is at 80% occupancy tonight, and averaging 50 usd per room. We intend to upgrade moderately and up room rate by 30%. even as it is, the property is a cash gusher. We think at 37% per annum return on all equity. We shall see.

Also met with property bigwig with hundreds of thousands of acres of oil n gas concession for development the Australian way ipo way, but looking for angel round. We shall see.

Cheers, tj
