Vinod,

CNBC did a complete tank job on the DOJ complaint against MSFT
this morning. Every single "guest expert" was a MSFT plant.
No one asked any relevant or probing questions. The whole
presentation was orchestrated by MSFT.

I'm wondering how I can contact CNBC with my opinion of their
reportage. Any ideas??

cheers,

cherylw

From infoworld.com

"Furthermore, the government explicitly rejected the notion that it was inappropriate for stand-alone technology to be integrated into an operating system, Neukom said. During the 13-month period when the consent decree was open for third-party comment, a graphics publisher complained that Microsoft planned to integrate a graphics package into Windows, and the government explicitly consented to Microsoft's plans to do so, "even though our integrating stand-alone technology might reduce the demand for that stand-alone product," he said. "

Could someone with a legal background comment on this? It seems to me that if it's ok to integrate one product, it's ok to integrate another product, regardless of the product in question.
