Pete: Topro should have liability insurance that will protect them for products and operations. The true test for "liability" is negligence. However, lawyers will sue everyone in sight, especially those with deep pockets. I would guess that Topro's agreements have considerable language addressing responsibility. Also, hold-harmless agreements are typical in some form. A good question for conference call: what's Topro's plan for dealing with liability and proliferation of lawsuits which seem inevitable. Stu
