DRoot, Saratoga Resources (SROE) -- As I understand it, the plan is to announce 3Q either Friday or Monday 11/15, and then have a CC on Tuesday. I believe they are also trying to do an internal update to their reserves report, applying current strip prices to previously identified proved reserves. I suspect that the goal there is to demonstrate that, even though the natty strip has gone down as much as it has since last year-end, they still have a ton of PUDs that are economic at these sorts of prices. This update to the reserve report, together with having the CC, would likely go a long way toward assuaging the fears of potential new investors.
