There is no doubt that mutual funds are dumbing. Every Large block today came off the bid. Just saw 32,500 at 20 1/2.

Hopefully their loss will be our gain. Guess will just have to short more ZITL to make up the pain watching this.

TO ALL:

This is the scoop I heard. Most of the shares being sold in last 1 week or so are from 'friends' of IMRS who got restrictive shares 1 year ago thru IPO. They are not exactly considered INSIDERS as they do not participate on day-to-day business. However as 'friends' of IMRS, they have been issued stock which they can only sell after 1 year. I know SYNTEL did this August. Selling such shares need not be disclosed to SEC etc. except they cannot sell before 1 year of IPO date.

IMO, this is a very temp and excellent buying opportunity. Looking at the 1 year chart, the resistance is about 18 now. However just below 20 would be lowest, I think, this will go. So backup the truck and start loading at around 19-20. I know some smart money is already coming in and they waited knowing about DDIM's free fall will have an (-ve) effect for such 'ANNUAL EVENTS' on IPO's.

Good Luck.

Raj
