I have a suspicion (sp?) that the TA is printing up the 144 restricted shares and the DTC is interpreting that as shares available for issue. Thus, the DTC has not placed a call to the MM's to have them cover the certs. Comments...could this be the case? Regards, Steve Johnson

I don't know if the company is permitted to share that information, as it is considered inside (and I'm not even sure what info is available to them). I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, which I could be.

That's it - you nailed it! Next person who talks to Roland or Morgan, ask them why they haven't confirmed with their TA and the DTC as to how many shares are in Name form. If in fact the float is SOLD OUT, then they should SAY SO in a press release!! They got to quit playing around and step up to the plate. If they are sincere about RMIL and breaking the shorts, they should be willing to do this. If the financials are not ready, that's ok (for now). But the issue of certificated shares in Name form is only 2 or 3 phone calls and should be no big deal. Those are my comments...Anyone else?
