The Supreme Court definitively 'linked' them when it justifies ALL of that federal expansion with the EXACT SAME COURT RULINGS, (expanding the reach of the constitution's 'commerce clause' into EVERYTHING --- even into things that don't enter into inter-state commerce, or commerce at all.) Re: "And it proves you are no libertarian." All that we have 'proven' here is that Authoritarians such as you are opposed to pretty much every Libertarian principle....
