I could be wrong...but if this is the case then we may be in trouble. For example: Lets say your broker is from a firm which has shorted shares of RMIL....is that broker going to get them for you right away and who holds that firm accountable for getting thos certs to you in a timely matter. I think it is very important that we establish the chain of events and responsibilities, otherwise we may never resolve this. You raise a good point and I will have to do some research to get to the bottom of this. Regards, Steve Johnson
