The democratic Governor put the project on hold in Wisconsin.
They want to look at all options since it is so much money and it is questioned if it will be used. That makes sense, and this should have been done in greater detail before the project was started. It is doubted that a slow train will be used and we do have tremendous road needs, which right now Obama administration says the money cannot be used for...interesting problem.
