Venkie,

Again DELL is a great company, but if I ever owned it, it would never go into my long-term holding account! If you will notice I do not own any high tech stocks in my core holdings! I've seen to many companies come and go in the high teck sector! I believe if one diversified between 10 to 15 high tech companies, that 2 or 3 could be big winners and the others could go under at any point due to the very rapid changes that are taking place in the high tech sector! Where as if I buy the companies that are on my profile page I will have just as good a change of betting the market avg. as I do with a portfolio of high techs! I'm afraid if I tried to pick the next winner in the high tech sector and added it to my core holding I would pick the wrong one! I love to buy companies that produce 10, 15, 20, and 25% returns as to high tecks that seem to grow at great rates and then over night go to no growth at all! I like investing in turtle as to a rabbits! Slow and steady! Patience is very very important to long-term investing, for one does not become rich over night! It takes time like 15, 20, 25 years and longer!
