We are all still waiting for you to tell us where you got your degree in astrophysics from and when you graduated. Please don't evade the question by asking what my credentials are, you see, I didn't claim to be an astrophysicist. You did.

1) Where is your degree in astrophysics from.
2) What year did you graduate?

Oh, and we're also still waiting for a definition of "ghost". You know, those things you claim you saw. Please describe one.

"what does witches have to do with black holes and science???"

Everything. THAT is where witches come from....BLACK HOLES--and that is the only way they can be appropriately dismissed

The topic was not simply black holes, it was ghosts and the paranormal. Indeed, that has been the focus of your posts for some time now.

As for the logic, I was demonstrating that there are good reasons not to jump the gun at embracing such things as ghosts as having real existence merely because you (rightly) state that some things which seem unbelievable do eventually yield to observation and science (you mentioned big waves).

My point was that in the superstitious world witches are not too damn far removed from ghosts. The difference being that we can't catch ghosts to act out our superstitious beliefs upon because ghosts know what we are up to. They know we want to make them talk. And they have evolved to be extremely slippery critters.

And your "liberal" comment was irrelevant, as well as being false. I have never voted liberal. However, I do admit that overall they are more intelligent, less anal, and more light-hearted than conservatives! But that is only overall and only because of a particular segment of conservatives who pull their fellows down an unfortunate amount.
