Any upgrades/downgrades are brokerage houses' ways to sell at retail/buy at wholesale levels. So therefore this is only the prelude to the launch of this stock. After the downgrades there were 3 block trades (it has to be buys, I mean, who would sell at the lows) by three brokerage houses. It has shown insider interest in this stock. Analyst often show weakness and flaws to discourage people from buying and wanted sellers at the lows. And then upgrade/good new to unload. Just hold on to your stock, and hang tight.
