Actually, I bought into this a long time ago and just keep adding occasionally. Hence, my cost is well below the average PPS. Since I'm in the Biomass conversion game, and there is more wasted and unused Biomass in the USA than could ever fill the Green energy industry needs for 20+ years - collecting stocks like this is a 'no-brainer' long term to me.

As a (sub)penny stock you need to consider the caveat about being willing to accept a loss. But, since LLEG is actively pursuing moving to the OTCQB the risk has been considerably mitigated. LLEG, to the best of my knowledge, holds the PPA which is a critical and important achievement. What business gyrations take place to get to construction and operation don't really concern me, as long as the municipality supports the financier is satisfied and puts up the cash. There are numerous reputable Green Energy financiers in the northeast US, so if the current one bailed that doesn't concern me either.

Please continue with your DD and perhaps you will choose to join the LLEG longs.

"..What JVs are you speaking to, or are you just speculating.." . In a phone conversation with the CEO we discussed LLEG's future expansion towards the Midwest which is rife with CAFO wastes, storm/flood downed trees, trees requiring removal due to infestation and disease, switchgrass, stover and scrub grass, FOG, restaurant/food production wastes, and other plentiful Biomass resources.

Assuming that they proceed with plant construction and operations in the N.E., LLEG would then have access to additional capital to perhaps participate in a JV with a company like mine - which is A.D. conversion based. Old boy scout adage; 'be prapared' & 'plan ahead'. . A.D. produces Biogas and soil amendment, the Biogas could help fuel or power an LLEG plant - lots of synergies.
