These "MORONS," as you call them, are the investor's with perhaps large amounts of stock. Investors that share in the profits or the losses. These same people might dump their large positions. Fear, any fear, seems to dominate investors these days.

I appreciate your feelings about Intel, I have a lot of respect for the talented people there, but there are fundimentals to consider.
