I wasn't aware that they did. I don't support complete deregulation although I would like to get rid of most and replace with something works like If you are an officer of a bank you owe a fiduciary duty to your depositors which is higher than the duty to the stockholders. If your banks fails there is a rebutttable presumption that you are guilty of Fraud. Fire Federal enforcers who don't enforce. Most of the so called regulation is really designed to cut competition from the little guy and effectively applies only to the little guy. Make the FED transparent. These are some things that could have a real impact, but both parties have sold out. So I hold little hope for real reform. Only this crap they passed this year which is just pap for the masses. lj
