An analysts view of tech. stocks and in particulat INTC, CPQ and DELL.

"In healthcare, the big pharmaceutical issues probably will act better than
the market since their [volatility] is typically less," Nicoski said. "But I
think they've incurred long-term technical damage and so it's not an area
that excites me. The area of the market that I'd be concerned with is
technology. When you have a stock like Intel acting as poor as it is, you
really have to question what the implications are for stocks like Compaq
and Dell that have gone up severalfold in the last year. I think they're very
technically weak stocks and I think they're going down. If they go down,
they'll take a lot of techs with them. One area I like is energy equipment
and services, including the drillers. A lot of them are making new highs."
