'I don't know if you can label this thread. Pretty diverse' You could have fooled me... Gosh if about 6-7 of us bailed for good your entire crew would be perma bears and right wingers. Why Ted and Chris continue to hang around is a mystery to me. Of course five years ago almost 100% of this thread was bearish on RE and hated GWB and company...Not a good thing to have group think but in the real world few were bearish on RE and we were the contrarians so this was sort of a needed support group for me...Now the tea party is gonna save anyone who made a bad decision during the bubble years..lol
