How about not putting the money back in the bank? It ain't doing no good there. Not a lot of job creation. Do you understand the effects of no consumers on the economy? When nobody else consumes, the government has to. No consumption is a lot scarier scenario than debt.

How about putting that rail money back into the treasury?

Because there was a federal policy decision to upgrade the nation's high speed rail infrastructure, like many of our main economic rivals are already well down the path of doing.

Some folks don't want to be left completely behind. Others do.
