And those making 4 bil will be paying on only 3.99whatever; I can live with that.
How about a 50% rate? I was able to live quite nicely on 50K. If you figure an equitable way to cover dependents, that will work. 100K for a family should do it. Like how many families are making 100K anyway? Hell, even with a 50% bracket, they end up with 75K, which is more than most families start out with.
Maybe 100K starting going at a 90% rate above so nobody needs to think about setting a record by making $4B and a buck in a bid for the Guinness Book.
