The market is made by information. Actors in the market are always trying to discern how much information is out there and how it was interpreted by other actors. Or more crudely: let's see how many stupid people are out there so we can take advantage of them. While this game is played we must not reach any conclusion. We must watch and analyse and make our own opinions about the actions of the market actors. All what we see have doses of reality but it is not THE reality. Concluding the world is going to the dogs based on the actions to seek how informed the markets are is wrong. I always cried: Bring it on! I want reality brought on! Because what we were seeing were only playing of market actors.
