Why the American People whom I feel are deluded because of the distorted and misleading information disseminated by some 145 RW commentators (that is the figure.... and they are paid well by the owners of the stations or newspapers including a guy from Australia and one from Korea ) can think that Bush did not get us into this predicament and that the wasteful spending for just those companies HIRED by the government to participate in the wars that were illegal to begin with( even though Congress went along it was on misleading advice and LIES ) feel that by voting the party that was in power for 8 long years back into power will solve their problems is delusional. I cannot wait to see what happens. As Dale so aptly put it and I do not quote but paraphrase... we have a band of idiots going to Washington.. Trickle down economics. I love that one. It's a phrase that really got disproved and yet it still exists in the mentality of some.... more than some.. MANY.
