The new cartel will take over in Basel...that is just the plan; I expect many Central Banks to go under in the coming several years... Then they institute global control outside governments and borders...via the framework of the BIS. This is the ultimate goal; control of the entire world finance outside of government intervention! They can only get this via massive coming destruction of the existing nation state structure. Bernanke is on the Board of Directors of the BIS; and all Central Banks are shareholders... Years ago they wanted to close this Nazi founded bank down; it never happened... I have zero doubt that the Bank for International Settlements will become the solution to all our problems...lol Do your homework and be sure you understand what the BIS represents! West
