From your list, I own SFL, MPW, and of course EGAS.

Todays buy moved EGAS to #2 in $$ value ahead of MPW for me.

After some homework, I find I have 26.7% of my portfolio in stocks yielding 7% or more. Together they generate 40% of the dividend income.

I generally keep the positions small ( size safety? ), but already owned, and added to PSEC and MPW after dividend cuts. Original CPLP shares bought after a cut and added more on the issuance of more shares.

Those three make up 14.2% of my holdings, and generate 21.8% of the income.

All stocks yielding 7% or more with portfolio %:

BKCC 10.9% 1%
CIM 18% .7%
CLMT 8.6% 1.2%
NRF 9.2% 1.2%
UVE 8.5% 1.6%
VGR 8.4% 1.4%
CWH 7.8% 1.5%
HTGC 7.6% .75%
MCGC 7.8% 1.3%
TICC 7.9% 1.5%
CPLP 10.8% 3.6%
PSEC 11.5% 3.85%
MPW 7.2% 6.7%
