What about putting pressure on RMIL? It's shares in their company. Can't they put pressure on the DTC?

What about demanding a DTC transfer to a new account in cert form. Can't that be done in 2-3 days?

It's my understanding that our brokers must put the pressure on the MM's that sold us the shares to begin with. Not to go to the DTC!!!
