Administrative Costs in Health Care: A Primer by Ezra Klein Thanks. That's one of the ones I tried to find. Several different wording possibilities in google didn't get it; nor an equivalent. I suspect his conclusion that size is the relevant cost variable rather than private-public is correct. But, unfortunately, given the current climate, which appears here on SI as well, these kinds of data searches don't matter. Far too much of the "I know, therefore it's true" kind of stuff.
