I agree that all of the lawsuits have been factored into the price of the share. As much as I don't want it to happen, I think the possibility of exceeding the figures for misstated revenues is definitely there. Clearly, with the management of this company, you have to expect the worst given the recent events. I am not sure if I should buy back in or wait for the results. How can they not know how much they misstated revenue by? This does not take a genius to figure out if you have the inventory and sales records. The range they gave was too big. I think the results may be bad, but may be announced simultaneously with the resignation of GJ which would offset the negative results.
