Without telling me where the reference is. I'm not going to read it all in search of your number. Just tell me on which pages? Then tell me how you conclude that those numbers are not factored into the various studies of administrative costs. And then tell me how that compares to fraud in private insurance companies of very, very large size. In other words, the very largest. That's the argument.
