Hi Koan thanks for the follow-up ... I will probably be broke in Dec (courtesy of the FDA) so its all a moot point right now -LOL- the leverage you mentioned in your first post is sweet but the timeline makes it icky this will sound crass .... but I wonder what the real issue is ..... a neighbor of mine was a network engineer who worked for a company -- you have heard of ..... he "worked" in Mexico for about 3 years ... and his message to me was that to get anything done you had to pay off "everybody ...." this story is about 5 years old so maybe things have changed ... regards John
