Oh,gee, I dunno. I want to pretend I can carry my kids and their families for 6 months, from the dead of winter until something is available to harvest, but it's prolly more like 6 weeks. Have maybe 15 buckets of grains and beans, some boxes of #10 cans of staples like powdered milk and peanut butter
nitro-pak.com

3 cans of hybrid seeds in case things get real bad.
An ammo box of 12 gauge shells. One son has a few rifles and a lotta lotta ammo here, and we think he still has reloading equipment. The kids usually have fuel around.
2? bottles of vitamins. Zero bottles of bug spray.
12 doz canning jars and a bunch of lids. Stuff like that.

I'm already my own water company, and I have 2 ponds. Grid intertie solar, so no batteries. Extra hand and garden tools.
I eat lunch with 2 guys who like to talk about their 4 kinds of corn and 3 kinds of wheat. I'm normal.
I'll post one of their (Todd's) plans. I'm like ameteur, and put a lot of faith in the pooled efforts and land of my kids.

Have an orchard and garden. Thinking about thinking about stocking the pond.
