Those nucleic bases were formed by chemical reaction...
That is in large part what a chemist does.....based on the electrical valence of the elemental ion and radicals...Chemistry students have to memorize them. What do you think pharmaceutical research is all about.... Give a chemist a compound you want to build and it will be built if it can be..if it can't be it will take a little longer. There are only about 100 elements in the "universe" not counting those artificially produced....I've told if you want to see symmetry and order, look at the periodic chart...
