yep, he does.... he also will 'ban' a registered user if he doesn't like your opinion....he banned an aussie the other day for opining of anything america related (he really just didn't like his opinion and didn't have a cogent argument against it), iow he will ban for content not necessarily TOU violations which is BS of course he opines on china, greece, ireland, the entire eurozone regularly<g> there's an alternative forum of former ticker forum 'bannees' which is a parody of his site....they have a "Who will meet the Ban Hammer of God next?" thread which is a funny read....actually the whole site is pretty damn funny, lots of interesting uses of photoshop :)
