I saw claims that JBII had already produced 'near diesel' and shipped it to Thorold for blending, so they should be able to sell that inventory now, if those claims are true,

It will take them awhile to become profitable, even if they can be profitable with 1 processor.

I am surprised that no analysis has been done to develop the business case for 3 processors (to prove they can be profitable with 3 processors). I would think that that would have been a basic requirement to proceed in the first place. So here we are, with 1 processor built and the parts for the other 2 on the front lawn. I have no idea if they can be profitable with 1 processor. I would guess not. So they need funds for sure.

The revenues from 1 processor are not days away. It will take the DEC awhile to process that application, and there may be a comment period, and then they need the BUD. That is assuming that they will actually get a BUD and do not need a full-blown Solid Waste permit...

No, at best they will have serious production by January with the one processor, and the other 2 can be built by then and perhaps running a couple of months into the new year.

He definitely needs more funds...
