Hank & Hank

The FED will not raise interest-rates, and Al will say things
that help calm-down the markets. 2 Weeks ago he said that in
a few years we would look back at the SEA-stuff as a non-event.

What Al really wants is stability, no irritional exuberance
upside or downside. So the chance that he will says things
that will set the stock-market on fire (on the downside) is
very unlikely.

I think that now all the bad news is in the stocks and we
are retesting the lows the market is waiting for a reason
to start buying agian.
It could be Al, it could be the Comdex, it could be the
end of year-rally. But soon we will start rallying again.
I don't believe we entered a bear-market. Fundamentals are
too good, and soon the SEA-stuff will be explained as
good news because it will slowdown the american economy.
