It's been at that approx. number for three weeks. People need to get those broker letters of certificate delivery out (CC: NASD). MAny brokers are sitting on them since they being kicked back unfilled. You the individual investors NMUST DEMAND that your shares be delivered in NAME for,. The Brokers must force the shorts to BUY-IN of the shares. I can do everything for every investor. You must take control of the situation of the cert's DEMANDS! United We Stand! Now get to work!!!!
