ACTS. I give up on this one. Maybe my sale is a contra-indicator. Company has a lot of cash/investments vs. share price:

finance.yahoo.com

So it still looks like it might be an okay cigar butt.

I show I've been in since 4/'08, and 2 1/2 years is it for me for waiting with no sign of improvement that I see.

I may try again at a later time. Meanwhile, I'll take my losses and move on.

Portfolio Update 12-3:

GDX & GDXJ (9% Total)
MSFT (8%)

Other Significant Positions (Between 4-7%)

CSCO
QQQQ
NE
ACTS
ATPG
NXY
TOT
E

Buys:

Initiated a position in SVU, E, SD, & NXY
Increased TOT position

Sells:

Trimmed GRVY
Closed INTC and GEOI

Note: I'm also taking about 10% of my portfolio and speculating a bit with some high volatility biotech companies by writing high premium covered calls. I'm not listing my position increases and decreases of these. Maybe if I start making some money on a monthly basis I'll start talking about what I'm doing. :)

Thanks,
