That all sounds good except the Chinese are in phase U.S. out mode. We have 42 billion invested there while their attempts at investing here have been met with insults really. Why? National Security of course. And they're not interested in a currency basket they're interested in being the reserve currency itself. I'd imagine they'd be flexible to raising the yuan unless they chose to operate like the former potentate of the world's reserve currency. We both know who that is and we both know how he operates.
