"But if the supernatural/paranormal exist doesn't that make it natural?

so you can use empirical evidence ?
"

Of course. As I said:

"The supernatural world (if it has more than fanciful existence) is beyond any verification or scientific exploration or examination."

It does not mean that some things imagined are not also real. If that were so then knowledge has come to an end...

It would not be science, though, if it did not draw a line between fact and fiction. We might as well just dream all day and step in front of cars. Not all that seems imaginary is truly so, though. I think you had mentioned that big waves were once doubted by many people but evidence came about that allowed rational people to apply some empirical methods to what was once fanciful to some people.

The world is full of cultures. It is full of history. It is full of individuals with their own methods of groping through life. It may turn out that the only supernatural beliefs which turn out in the end to be real (and therefore natural) are your own. You don't need any Jinns wandering through your kitchen. And there have been THOUSANDS of gods. Generally speaking, they are all going to hate you accept for one. I say, let them fight each other... :-)
