I heard Saxe say the same thing at an LA luncheon. Moreover, Joe Harary told me last week that the GE license was still in existence
albeit he was unaware of their exploiting it at the moment.

As Harary said, REFR is presently concentrating on gearing up their end of SPD particle manufacturing process along with helping active licensees like Monsanto & MSC to move forward to products. I posted Harary's mention to me of very recent positive comments by the Monsanto/Orcolite head of R&D after he'd spent time at REFR headquarters.

Meanwhile, all things considered, the price of REFR is holding pretty well and we all know that patience must be part of the equation for a
while longer.
