But what was the alternative.. McCain and Palin. No thanks. You know when it comes down to it how many really good candidates do we have to choose from. My father was a great thinker and writer. He was also slightly political in our small town. My uncle was a judge and running for mayor and he and my father concocted some story for radio (no tv in those days ) which was a trumped up farce... to get Uncle Cot elected.. When my father was asked about running for office he said not it's all too corrupt. AMEN TO THAT.
