Hey, I love Quebec, its food, its history and the many great people I have met there. Same goes for the rest of Canada.
It's sort of the never ending downfall of discussions like this as we tend to generalize. Very similar to talking about "Americans" or any other nation I can think of and you are right, we judge by them darned elected officials who have an agenda of their own.
