Yes, it is started to set up but it is not there yet. The observation on TSYS is that the high DMI xo did "about as expected" -- it didn't advance, in the ST, it slide sideways, and then up. Currently I would call it a safe bet since the price appears to be sitting on support. I also watch the 60 if I am interested in timing the entry. I have learned to place a limit buy above a TL of price level and see if you get bought in.
