I wonder if 85000 acres is enough to justify your own gathering system. In the Marcellus WPZ is getting exposure to lots of 3rd party gas and represents a large long lived asset. Maybe this will turn out similar.

Interesting article on WMB valuation vs WPZ.

FWIW I really like WPZ long term but am not in a rush to invest as I would have to sell something first.

The article makes the case that the value is more in the WMB side.

Amazing how technology is making more oil and gas economical. Still not changing my opinion of future lower net energy but maybe the decline will be more manageable.
