There's still 6 weeks left in the fiscal year. If they got their permit now then people at the AGM will want to know why the 10K shows zero P2O revenue for 2010.

My guess is they'll get their permit right before Xmas and then do the two-day's revenue bit like they did the tape business. It'll buy them 6 more months before any filing is due that might show P2O revenues/losses.

Since he gets his feed for nothing he should give the fuel away for nothing just as a goodwill gesture.
