Rich, financials concern me very much. They are the company's report card to the owners and prospective owners. I will not make a decision regarding the squeeze and my participation until I am able to confirm the company's current position. I am concerned why cert delivery is taking more than a reasonable amount of time. If the group continues its agressive active position regarding receipt of certs, it will take care of itself. If the company releases the financials and ensures the figures released, that too is very powerful and will benefit the squeeze.

Mr. Breton of RMIL just returned my call ! He said (1) the merger is complete, and (2) financials should be out for Rocky Mtn and OVIS in approx 3 weeks. (I couldn't *69 the call )

Rich_1, Tonto and I are concerned about the financials because the company can screw you better than anyone. I am a cert holder, BUT I am not happy with the delays in news about the finance deal and the delay in the financials. If you want big money to jump in, they ain't gonna do it til they see that 10k! I am concerned about certs but I am doing all I can. I have received my first order after a serious 2 month battleand am working on my second and third. Hraka
