I agree. At the very least it is beginning to look like this stock is dead in the water until the consumation actually takes place. I am also wondering what the significance is of our continuing to trade at a significant discount to DTOP? I remain somewhat uncomfortably long at 5.5. rod

You're crazy!! At least now INDV has DTOP's profits to SOMEWHAT
offset INDV's red ink!! Face it, investors are not interested in a
company that cannot turn sales into profit. DTOP's price has been
hurt after the merger announcement because now they have to dig out
of the red ink.

The merger has done nothing but help INDV's chances to become a
profitable company. From INDV's standpoint, this was definately
a winning move. On the other hand, DTOP has taken on a company
that has not proven they can be profitable as well as debt they
don't need!!

Patience is the only option.
