Not one of my questions have been asnwered nor my points refuted. You are waiting for, lets call it, a possible negative report. It is seven months overdue. The property payment is overdue. Usually property owners make these dates drop dead dates if they are not in cahoots with the company. If you wait in general for a blacked out report with controversy and a quandary over whether is is good or bad then it could be a drop dead report. It may wipe you out. If you let this take you out you would be as far as investor wisdom goes bereft.
