SOLD & BOUGHT

I finally sold 1500 shares of IMRS when the price broke below 22 1/2. Prior to selling I had increased my holdings over the last 5 weeks from 4000 to 14000 shares. I sold the 1500 shares at 22 1/8( fortunately for a 40% gain) and bought back 1000 later in the day @ 20 1/8.
