Brazil was not saying: we are gorging in tax revenue as people consume like mad. We are feasting in tax revenues as people are engaging in the formal economy by the millions and we are taxing their payroll with Swedish appetite. Cities are enriching themselves as construction booms and property taxes go right to cities' coffers. It is always like this: no one publishes the pluses. Only the minuses. They do not want to show their margin of manoeuver. First they go try to pull the money out of other people's pockets... G-20 meeting showed there are no wallet in the pockets of your neighbors to be picked. Time to do the home work dna solve problems internally. We must not take what we hear or read at face value. We must analyse and make our own opinion. No one is going to make our opinions for us.
